A little bit about me…
I have the privilege of calling South Barrington home and as a resident and mother of two, I understand the importance of making decisions that benefit all families, residents, and businesses in our community, while also bringing a strong entrepreneurial spirit to the table.
As the owner of a wedding planning company, I’ve learned firsthand the value of hard work, accountability, and building relationships with clients and vendors. Running a business has given me invaluable experience in budgeting, negotiating, and problem-solving-skills that will serve me well as a Village Trustee.
Currently serving my third year on the Barbara Rose School PTO Executive Board and my second year as a Girl Scout Leader for our local troop, my active involvement in the community has helped me integrate into this village and meet the people who live here. I am filled with pride when they share their reasons for calling South Barrington home while also listening to the concerns they voice about the future. My focus is on creating opportunities and supportive environments - providing access to resources, improved community facilities and mentorship programs to help build the leaders of tomorrow.
I am committed to fostering the growth and sustainability of South Barrington, with a focus on managing resources wisely and equitably. Many of you have witnessed this dedication firsthand when I, along with other neighbors, took action to voice your questions and concerns, pushing for transparency and accountability to ensure that decisions made by our governing bodies prioritize the best interests of the community.
Running for Village Trustee is an opportunity to serve with integrity, transparency, and dedication. Together, we can build a future that reflects our village's diversity and strengthens our sense of community.
